Richard and Sandra Rackleff each served as Special Agents of the FBI over 27 years. Richard served as Technical Specialist & Regional Polygraph Coordinator before retiring in 1990. Sandra served as Relief Supervisor for FBI Drug Investigations before serving as the Assistant Regional Inspector General, U.S. Dept of Labor, Office of Labor Racketeering, working with the Organized Crime Strike Force in Atlanta.
Federal Polygraph Associates, LLC was formed in 1990 and is based in Gainesville, Georgia. Richard specializes in forensic interviews of clients and suspects in crminal allegations and condcuts psychophysiological credibility assessments. Sandra is a highly skilled investigative specialist and consultant. They both thrive on complex criminal investigations including detailed case studies and performing forensic credibility assessments throughout Georgia and the southeastern United States.
Richard, a certified Expert Witness in the field of polygraph and forensic credibility testing, was appointed to the Georgia Polygraph Board and maintains professional licenses throughout the eastern United States.
Sandra has served in a multitude of investigative specialities and is highly respected in the law enforcement community. She serves as Chairperson
of the Citizens Review Panel for the Hall County Juvenile Court and enjoys the challenge of difficult case resolution in complex legal matters.
Richard and Sandra specialize in allegations of Child Molestation and Abuse, including kidnappings and homicides. Both have worked on many high profile matters involving individuals receiving national media attention. Mr. Rackleff was recently featured in a CNN Special Report on the Atlanta Child Murders in the 1980's and has appeared on the Today Show, Good Morning America, CNN Burden of Proof, Fox News and local networks.
